Get your Vitamins

Vitamin C: Helps your body to fight infection, so eat lots of fruit and veg if you don't want to end up with a cold like this bloke.
2 of 6
Vitamin D: You need this to help your teeth grow strong and stay that way. It's found in very few foods e.g. oily fish and margarine.
